The Tauber Altmühl Bicycle Trail connects four Franconian vacation regions and four rivers. The 350-km long trail is almost entirely away from roadways and is therefore completely family friendly. Pedal through the Lovely Tauber Valley, through the Romantic Franconia with the wonderful Rothenburg ob der Tauber, the Franconian Lake Country and the Altmühltal Nature Park with its baroque bishoptown Eichstätt and enjoy a landscape that alters between vineyards, forests, meadows and unique rock formations.
